Due to new EU regulations, shipping to EU countries outside Germany is currently very difficult. Please contact us before placing an order. For the time being, smaller orders may not be accepted.
For countries outside the EU, including the USA, we try to offer shipping for €50. For shipments with a value over €500, especially to the USA, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping within Germany is unrestricted and costs €5.
EU Shipping Restrictions
As a small business based in Germany, we are already registered with LUCID and participate in a packaging recycling system in Germany. However, new EU packaging regulations, which come into force on 12 August 2026, require businesses selling and shipping to private customers in other EU countries to comply with country-specific packaging EPR requirements.
This means separate registrations, reporting obligations, recycling-system participation and, in some countries, the appointment of an authorised representative. These requirements apply even when only a single order is shipped to a particular country.
For a small business like ours, these country-specific requirements create disproportionately high administrative and fixed costs compared with the very small sales volumes in some EU countries. As a result, we may unfortunately be unable to offer standard shipping to certain EU destinations.
We are continuously looking for practical and affordable solutions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering and we will check whether shipping can be arranged.
